Hi everyone, this is mostly a post for those who like to recover and restore
m100 machines.

Earlier (on the facebook group) I'd mentioned that I fabricated a contrast
replacement pot for the NEC PC-8201. It seemed that it wouldn't work on my
Model 100, so I had to go back to the digital drawing board.

And now the design works for both, the 8201 and the m100. No idea about the
Olivetti M10 or the Kyotronic 85 -- don't have examples of those on hand to
test :)

I've posted more images and details about the kit
here:http://stuff.bradgrier.com/docs/things/drop-in-vr1-replacement-contrast-potentientometer-forr-radio-shack-trs-80-model-100-and-nec-pc-8201a/

... but happy to discuss here as well :)
