I have a mystery.

Did someone recently lose a Disk/Video Interface (and possibly the M100 to go with it) in a move or something?

Someone posted this on Discord:

"A little while ago I was speaking to a business associate and the subject rolled around to my apparent obsession with vintage computer systems.

He said he had found 'this box' with TRS80 written on it. Found it in the drawer of an old workbench he had gotten from a previous employer who was about to trash that bench.

He ask me if I recognized it from his description, which I did not. He also said it was mine if I would drop by and pick it up, which I did. Even after I saw it I had no idea what it was at first, save "Disk / Video Interface" written on the badge. He then handed me a manual he found with it with a disk in a pocket in the back.

It was three days before I opened up the manual to discover it was an add-on for the Model 100, 102, and 200 systems! Found no video out initially. Corrected that problem, gave the disk drive a good cleaning, cleaned up the outside a bit and here it is! Except for the video issue - which was not too difficult to correct - it works after 40-ish years, floppy and all."

The thing is, I recognize that cable. I made that cable myself only within the last couple years. So, this thing was not just sitting around forgotten in some workbench for 40 years. Someone was playing with it and purchased that cable from ArcadeShopper just recently. I feel like whoever this unknown owner was that left it in that workbench, surely must be here or on the facebook group? (I already posted the same thing there just now).
