My second M100 has this exact problem. I found out that the pin 10 of M18 (D1990AC) wasn't outputting a 256 Hz clock like it should, but I didn't get a chance to fix the issue yet. I'm thinking to just change M18 with the one on my donor motherboard but if you find another fix I'm interested. Note that the Service Manual says pin 10 clock should be 250 Hz but it's actually 256 Hz. Eric
