[M100] How to delete then re-install VirtualT 1.6

I apologize, but I can not find any instructions on how to get VirtualT
loaded into my 64bit Win10 box after downloading the .zip file from source
forge.

Again, I apologize for my ignorance.  I used to be smarter than this.
