Hi Bambi,

On the back of the 102 keyboard PCB, you can find the switch solder pads
for the H key - they are labeled '51' on the silkscreen. Directly
underneath it are the pads for that key's diode. (Every key on the matrix
has a diode connecting it to the matrix). If you check that diode with a
meter in diode test, does it read something like 0.6v ? Or does it read
open circuit in both directions?
