That 221 is a typo,  10v 220uF

and just omit the ones with no cap shown like kc-85 c1 c2 etc, they were ceramics. It's just junk left over from how I started writing them down by first writing empty lines for all numbers and filling in the values as I pull them.

I should have cleaned up the note file before pasting sorry.
