Right there are no dip switches but there are jumpers inside a panel on the
bottom. Only one jumper was soldered shut so I desoldered it (based on "all
open dip switches" as the normal operating mods). No change.

I unfortunately don't have a Linux machine for testing with pdd.sh, yet.
