CloudT hooks in and overrides I/O instructions for cassette I/O input and
output. In this way, it is able to support file I/O into and out of the
emulation

In the process of figuring out how to load / save Baldur's Gate I found a
bug in CloudT's cassette output handliong... I was getting a crash during
CSAVEM.

I fixed the bugs... so if I Add File BG31.CO, I can CLOADM and then CSAVEM
it back out as a new file, download it, and they hash to the same value.
