Looks really good.

I have started a little project based on the Pi Pico with the goal of maybe one
day becoming a laptop "inspired" by the model 100 series. The goal is low
power, portable and open source.

I've build a very basic prototype (keyboard, Pico, LCD) and have done the work
to get the keyboard and display working, next I need to make or port an
interpreter and create a UI. Easy enough to upgrade the keyboard to a
mechanical one without a controller or something simple like an atmel; and I
have been looking at LCDs like the ones from Matrix Orbital that go up to
240x128 and should be somewhat sunlight readable.

I love doing stuff on my m100, i just worry about the durability (and weight)
of my m100 when out and about and traveling. And these computers hard to
acquire down here in aus.

Marcus B
