Except in the last several versions it seems to be sensitive to computer
speed or usb serial hardware or sunspot activity or something. Some people
report having problems specifically with the restore-disk function even while
other functions work for them. I think I borked something at some point with
either the timing or state-managment of that function in some recent update.

If rd doesn't work then try the link to the earlier version at the top of
the readme.
Also ideally have a ftdi based usb adapter, though it's just the ideal, it
should actually work fine with anything.
The hardware doc there has links to options for how to adapt the tpdd cable
to the usb serial cable.

I just received my Model 100 today that comes with a PDD not the version 2.
While I was reading the user manual, it is asking for a « Utility Disk » to
use the disquette drive; to load the file management software.
I don't have the disquette. So I assume I could transfer the Basic program
floppy.ba from my Windows computer to the M100 using the RS-232 port ??
But I also need to find the software floppy.ba.
Am I right??
