Note that the lack of a memory battery is probably causing issues. In addition to keeping the RAM alive the battery also powers a few chips in the reset circuit (same for M100, T102). Without the battery the machine may or may not start up correctly.

Overall looks great inside too, some repairs made to the keyboard at some point but that's all. I will try pulling the rex out, that's a good call. Cheers, -Charlie
