When I go there on my Windows machine via HTTPS, it complains because the certificate name (and the SAN) is not the same as the certificate name.
It works, but my browser (Chrome) grumbles.
If I go HTTP, it works, but of course tells me it is not secure.

If I put www.club100.org
I can get to it. Though I have to click through a cert warning. Without www I get a special error index.html

It was working for me too at first, had to click through a cert issue. But something is happening. Right now I get "Welcome to club100.org
To change this page, upload a new index.html to your private_html folder"
