I have used Kurt McCullum's TPDDClient on Windows 10, but I only have
TPDD2 drives. Someone on this list should have a TPDD1 Utility image.
Kurt's client worked with a TrippLite/Keyspan USA-19HS RS232-USA
adapter. Though the Keyspan does have a female 9-PIN to USB-A so a
gender changing 9-male to 25-male is needed. You can also check with
