The cable seems fairly simple to make, if you have a 8 pin DIN.  It's funny 
that this question came up, as I am in the process of ordering some parts to 
make one.  If you can find one for sale all the better.

The schematic and pinout for the connector is in the m102 service manual, and 
essentially involves wiring to pin 3 and 7 (IIRC) to the red and green lines of 
a standard phone cable.
