Hi Bob, I don't think the published version of VirtualT supports REX#. It is not the same as REX.
I could send you offline a version that I updated that includes REX# and REXCPM for M100, T102, T200 and PC-8201. Not guaranteed to be bug free but it is what I use. Let me know.
