Has anyone else used VirtualT on Linux recently? Something (probably distro
libs) changed and now I can't type some punctuation in VirtualT. Notably
broken is `:` which has put the brakes on some things I've wanted to test
with MFORTH.

I rebuilt from e04db41c6f78a479097ce6d1b7b8456536683d8e and the problem is
still there.

Oddly, the key shows as "Shift+:" in the status bar at the bottom, but no
such character is typed in the emulated laptop.

If anybody's got ideas about where to look to fix this, I'd love to hear
them.
