I assume you're using the WTP Glassfish connector from Oracle. In that case,
not using m2eclipse-wtp would most likely be ineffective.
To find the m2eclipse-wtp bits compatible with your Indigo install (assuming
it's M7), You should use the m2e Marketplace :
Got to eclipse "Help > m2e Marketplace", select m2e-wtp (click on the
"Lifecycles" checkbox, if it's not there) and click finish.
You'll probably have to update your projects' configuration.
