AFAIK, previous m2e-wtp versions did not support ear resources filtering.

Fred has alredy added the needed support to the code but it looks like
latest nightly build of m2e-wtp 0.13 failed on having such support.

Since then, it seems their CI server used to build m2e-wtp is down or
something like that. Check [1] for details.
