The connector adds right-click actions in the CVS repository view and adds
CVS support for Import > Maven Projects from SCM.   It is by no means
necessary for CVS support in Eclipse, it just simplifies importing Maven
projects.

For m2eclipse-cvs, I wonder if we missed updating it.
