m2ewtp was not included in indigo but we are working hard on making it viable 
and even better :)

It should automatically be added to your eclipse when you import projects that 
needs it but because of a bug m2e have been removed from the m2e marketplace
but it should return shortly.

Thus for now you can go and install it manually
