m2ewtp was not included in indigo but we are working hard on making it viable and even better :) See here http://community.jboss.org/en/tools/blog/2011/06/23/m2eclipse-wtp-0130-new-noteworthy It should automatically be added to your eclipse when you import projects that needs it but because of a bug m2e have been removed from the m2e marketplace but it should return shortly.
