m2e 1.0 is now available from eclipse marketplace. We could not find a way to publish the new version in addition to 0.12.1 without making this confusing for everyone, so we removed m2eclipse 0.12.1 from the marketplace. Please see [1] if you need to install m2eclipse 0.12.1 or earlier release.
