That's how p2 names any feature, by appending ".feature.group" to the name. This is used to disambiguate features and bundles of the same qualified name. I'd guess the root problem is this: "requires 'org.apache.maven.doxia.ide.dependencies[1.0.0.SNAPSHOT]" Is that bundle available with the verbatim version of "1.0.0.SNAPSHOT"? p2 won't interpret "SNAPSHOT" as a wildcard of any kind...
