On the topic of warnings and such, I recently had a coworker comment
that the new m2e behavior of flagging any unknown maven plugins as an
error is making him seriously consider switching to intellij. It
shouldn't be that hard to add a preferences page allowing users to
control the level at which m2e will complain about things like this
(error, warn, ignore).
