Our aggregator is in the TOP.
TOP - POM.XML
/MODULE
- Pom.xml
- Src/
- WAS8/pom.xml
Our aggregator lies in the TOP module and has the entries
<module>/MODULE/WAS8</module>
So when we add the project through TOP only the WAS8/pom.xml is imported but
not the src folder.

inside a folder names WAS8.
While trying to add a project in RAD8 using m2e 1.0.200 using WAS8/pom.xml
source folders are not getting imported.
