You should try installing the compatible connectors first, before upgrading
to m2e 1.2.

http://repository.tesla.io:8081/nexus/content/sites/m2e.extras/  contains
several update sites, one for each connector.
So for instance, for the buildhelper connector, you should install it from
http://repository.tesla.io:8081/nexus/content/sites/m2e.extras/m2eclipse-buildhelper/0.15.0/N/0.15.0.201207090124/
