It doesn't exist and is not referenced in any of the files in .settings.
I'll start a workspace search and see if it's referenced anywhere else.

Thank you. I'll check with a more senior maintainer to see if WL is
necessary as a runtime. But for the services, I know it is so this won't be
an option in some cases.
