Hi,

In maven preferences , select "download repository index as startup,
restart eclipse and see what happens.
Also check that indexes exists( ~/.m2/repository/.cache/m2e/1.4.0, check
size and timestamp).

If you are using a Maven repository manager, there maybe some additionnal
steps.

What do you mean by "manually" ?
Is it working for some others artifacts ?
