* configure.ac (changeword): Work even when changeword is not a
macro.
(AC_PROG_AWK, AC_PROG_INSTALL, AC_PROG_MAKE_SET, AC_HEADER_STDC):
Delete; now done by automake.
(AC_ISC_POSIX, AC_C_CONST): Delete; now obsolete.
