* m4/utility.c (m4_numeric_arg): Merge from branch.
* modules/gnu.c (debuglen): New builtin.
* src/main.c (usage, ARGLENGTH_OPTION, long_options, main):
Rename --arglength to --debuglen.
* tests/options.at (--arglength): Rename to --debuglen.
(deprecated options): Augment test.
* doc/m4.texinfo (Invoking m4): Document the name change.
(Debugmode): Rename from Debug Levels.
(Debugfile): Rename from Debug Output.
(Debuglen): New node.
* NEWS: Document these changes.
