Also run gnulib unit tests during make check.
* ltdl/m4/gnulib-cache.m4: Augment with 'gnulib-tool
--tests-base=tests/gnu --with-tests'.
* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Build tests/gnu testdir.
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Run gnulib tests before ours.
