I was wondering if it would be possible to prevent the invocation of a user
defined macros by using the same criteria as the built-in macros. For example a
built-in macro does not get invoked/triggered unless it see the parens directly
following the macroName. The manual makes an example of the word "include" vs
an actual invocation "include()". Seems like this would be a handy filter for
user defined macros and thus help prevent unintentional trigger invocations.
