:-o This macro was originally called m4_COMPILER_OPTION, adapted for M4 from a shtool macro, and then contributed to libtool much later... how can it be that m4 is at fault for using its own macro? ;o)

        * ltdl/m4/debug.m4: Cater for Libtool $rm -> $RM change.
