Hi,

I updated LiveCam (http://livecam.sf.net) a couple of weeks ago to have
a new dialog (new feature) that you can use to manipulate the pitch of
the pictures it's receiving from the webcam. This is useful since I
don't know how to set/get it in my driver (the m5602-ov9650-2 branch).
So, if you're interested you can test the whole thing on your system and
report to me any success (or failure). LiveCam is available in source
form and you should get it using SVN. You'll need ffmpeg-devel.i386
package (or equivalent, for the include files) installed on your system
to compile the code.

I'd like to get some feedback from Didier Chagniot since he's the only
guy who got my experimental driver working on his system. Jérémy, may be
you can also add some comments? It's better to test everything using the
latest linux kernel (2.6.24-rc3, which you can download from kernel.org)
just to avoid the issue that happens during the USB device registration
(duplication of the sysfs names which results in kenel warnings and
probably reboots such as the ones experienced by Jeremy).

BR,
Ilyes Gouta.
