Hi Philip,

Some of us tried a couple of years ago (or less) to contact them
without any real success. If you're willing to do it again, please
emphasis the fact that we're willing to expand their business for the
Linux users which means 100% benefit for them. Their USB bridges are a
bit old now and there is no real threats from competitors. Finally,
ask them for the complete datasheets since some ICs companies release
a stripped down version of the datasheets for public consumption.
