Need some cleanup and one major thing from gspcav2 dirver (jfMoine). Send 'empty' URB to to minidriver (now it skips sending them). Because they are use for SOF detection, proved method from decompilation of windows driver;-) I may look at the other method implemented in the sourceforge/5603c branche.
