Ups. This is realy very strange. How version of mplayer you are using? Could you run mplayer with this commands : export LIBV4L2_LOG_FILENAME=~/libv4l.log export LD_PRELOAD=./lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=./lib/libv4l/:./lib/: mplayer tv:// -tv driver=v4l2:device=/dev/video0 -fps 30 on m5602-gspca driver, with my libv4l in "./lib/" directory and after that post me ~/libv4l.log ?
