Hello,
I didn't look at gspcav2 (JF Moine) since 4 months. From time to time
a recompile against lastest v4l and my driver stills works fine
for me (just in case some API changes).

Jakub, I would like you to compile and try the m5603c-gspca
branche with the v4l gspca implementation. This is this one
that is maintened and as Eric said, maybe one day after some
more cleanups the m5603c-gspca will go inside v4l/hg (as 5602!)
Download the v4l, learn howto compile install it. Test it.
Then patch-it with the m5603c-gspca and try.
