It's hard to say for sure since you didn't provide many details of what
you're trying to do, but I strongly suggest that you use the full-system
version (ALPHA_FS) instead.  It's generally not practical to have a
simulated process communicate with a real-world process because of the
huge time dilation involved in simulation.

If you provide more details about what you're trying to do and why you
want to use ALPHA_SE rather than ALPHA_FS we can try and provide more
specific advice.
