My mistake... those files you mentioned are the ones that are used for the syscall emulation regression tests. The full-system regression tests use TsunamiSystem.py and TlaserSystem.py.

The files in m5/python/m5/objects describe the objects that are built in to m5 for use by configuration files. They don't describe actual configurations themselves.
