Hi, I want to execute multithreaded apps on the SMT processor modelled by M5. I want to enforce a "1-1" mapping between software and hardware threads. Which are the possible choices I have? Can I use the pthreads library provided by gcc/glibc cross toolchains (targeting at alpha-linux archs)? If not, is there a way to establish a shared memory segment between processes of an application, in order to drive communication and synchronization?
