I assume you're trying to run 26 EIO traces? I don't believe anyone has
done that before. When you update exolex.l, does exolex.cc get
regenerated and recompiled? It could be that dependency is missing or
broken in the scons scripts since we never touch exolex.l.

I have tried increasing MAX_STREAMS from 32 to nearly 300 in the
configuration file, but still the problem persists. I would appreciate any
