[m5-users] FastForward for SPLASH2

Are there any simpoints for SPLASH2 benchmarks where I can get a representative phase of the benchmarks?
And how do I use the fast-forward mode of M5, and then switch to normal execution. Can someone give me pointers for both SystemEmulator mode and Full_System mode.
