The output is getting overwritten each time you run m5.You need to either run them from different directories... e.g.: mkdir foo; cd foo /path/to/m5/build/ALPHA_FS/m5.opt /path/to/m5/configs/example/fs.py .....
or use the -d option ./build/ALPHA_FS/m5.opt -d foo configs/example/fs.py ...
