My advice would be to enable Exec tracing to start at cycle
100015472500 (slightly before the checkpoint) and with a maxtick
option so that you get at least a 10000 instructions past the
checkpoint. Then run from the checkpoint with the same traceflags on
and see where the differences occur. Usually it's pretty obvious what
went wrong. If you're still using b3 I know of at least one problem
that I fixed for b4 that would cause issues.
