If you do not why then this is not my problem but yours. I and others have explained several times why he is excluded and this for several reasons over many years. This has nothing to do with Mail-Art being an exclusive club, but all with the behaviour of Rain Rien himself. I am not going to put here in front of you and for your desire the "crimes" he has done, because that is non of your business. These decissions have been taken with a few people who were well documented about his behaviour and know the truth behind Rain Rien Nevermind. He have had his "fair trial". To protect his, ours and others privacy I will not mention what he has done and because why many people want to exclude him. So stop fishing. I have written a few things a month ago, so your question has been answered. And please do not start to use the words "OPEN eternal network" or "NO jury" because these are the same words that fascist party of Belgium uses to do their things. If an "OPEN eternal network" and "NO jury" makes that behaviour as Rain Rien is tolerated or, for example, sending out "Sieg Heil, kill all Jews" must be possible.
