In Canada there are cursory means of funding various activity arts related. In writing, practitioners of overlong, dry prose, vispo, and concrete are too often foreclosed from 'getting a reading' as they say. nowhere more so than postcard mail art could this effect be fwd'd. But can one "read" concrete? Can one perform in its entirety mail art or visual poetry? Well Gustave Morin can. Ive seen it.
