General characteristics: - Unique(only) size(format): picture postcard - free technique. - The stamp must be stuck on the exposed(explained) face. - The mailartiste will give its personal definition of Mail Art to the back of the picture postcard. - Deadline of sending: in April 15th, 2006. - No jury and no classification. - The creations will not have returned to the senders.
