well, whomever isn't framing themselves as a mail-artist. "PostSecret is an ongoing community art project where people mail in their secrets anonymously on one side of a homemade postcard." or is mail art simply based on the technology of the post office? if that's the case i sometimes get mail-art novels from half.com
