You should be me. Active in mailart network for years and now in St.Petersburg Russia. My mail comes to the American Consulate where my husband works. That listed is posted everywhere.(with illustrations)So I had to meet with head of security,etc and bring them examples of my "normal" mail art so they wouldn't shut down the place each Thursday when mail arrives.Was hard to keep a semi-straight face during interviewas they looked at it.Some of my mailart comes to our flat and the guard/concierges gave me strange looks too but now have declared me an artist so it's OK. The Russians seem to get it more easily than the Americans but this city is all about art.
