oh geeze, I think I made a boo boo. With the new rate increase here
in the USA I'm mixed up..... Kinda just figured the increase was and
extra 2 cents, but noooo.
So I'm seeing that a letter and a postcard to Europe is 90 cents! Yikes!
Am I correct?
